The NDIS provides funding and support to eligible individuals with disabilities, aiming to enhance their quality of life by fostering independence, facilitating connections to community services, offering access to new skills and opportunities, and improving overall wellbeing. Currently, the NDIS supports over 500,000 Australians with disabilities, including approximately 80,000 children with developmental delays who benefit from early intervention and support.
